Bonus Batch: March Madness Updates
We are a bit past the halfway point in our Procrastibaking March Madness Challenge, and as we look at the winners of our match ups so far there are some trends emerging! Our voters definitely seem to gravitate towards desserts including cheese, as the Cheese Sables won its matchup against the Brazilian Guava Cake, and the Puerto Rican Quesitos won its battle against the Strawberry Shortcake Dulce de Leche Ice Cream. Another trend is the power of chocolate-the Chocolate Divinity took down it’s challenger, the Pecan Blueberry Cream Cheese Dacquoise, and the chocolate loaded Matilda Cake dominated its contender, the Banana Dulce de Leche Cupcakes. As we head into the semi-finals look for some heated competition including the Matilda Cupcakes vs the Peach Blueberry Cobbler, the Canadian Butter Tarts vs the Chocolate Babka, the Puerto Rican Quesitos vs the Chai Cheesecake, and the Brown Butter Brownies vs the PB&J Cupcakes. Don’t forget to vote for your favorites on Instagram and Facebook!
